Private Limited Company in Kenya
The most frequent type of entity chosen by foreign investors to register a company in Kenya is the Private Limited Company. It can have many owners, and as a result, it is treated as a different legal entity from the company’s owners.
As a result, we refer to the corporation as a separate legal entity. It means that the corporation has several responsibilities. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, filing annual returns with the registrar of companies, having an independent audit of the accounts, and paying a 30 percent corporate tax on profits.
